It is a transfer line between the two small towns of Cloquet and Carlton and when is goes by you know it - horn and track noise. The pictures on the website and the wonderful review given on their home page is totally misleading. Overall it is a nice place to camp with a great view if you're on the lake, but there aren't many amenities for the price. The park makes up for that, though. There is a swimming beach. The sites were level and dry. Trees surround each site, making neighbors hard to see. Right on 2nd St.

Nice wooded park - was in site As we experienced some rain, that made for a muddy mess. Good pizza available just a short walk away. Two of the RV spots are also on the lake shore and the rest are close and still have a good view of the lake.

Biggest drawback for a motorhome is that there is no dump station in the park. Tranquil Timbers Camping Resort. There was a vault toilet across the road too.
Wish it had sewer. Campground is on the shore of Moose Lake, a very nice, small recreational lake. There are many popular ATV trails and Moose Lake is the hub with many using the campground as basecamp.
